Service Description

This 6 week program will teach you how to live a balanced lifestyle and achieve your goals. It includes a 6 week food "guide" and workout plan, fully customized to your needs and lifestyle. You will get bi-weekly check ins with your coach that will see your progress and adjust your program accordingly. You will also have 24/7 access to your coach via e-mail, text and call on top of your bi-weekly accountability calls.
